CHM Programs and Costs
At Christian Healthcare Ministries, you won’t get denied (or charged more) based on your medical conditions or history. CHM’s three main programs are Gold, Silver and Bronze—with options for adding extra programs (in case you want more sharing support).
Gold Program
$240 per unit*, per month
Shares 100% of any eligible medical incident totaling $1,000 or more, up to $125,000 per illness.
Includes:
• Inpatient or outpatient hospital incidents and surgery
• Urgent care
• Independent lab work and radiology
• Maternity
• Physical therapy (up to 45 visits per injury or illness)
• Home healthcare (up to 45 visits per injury or illness)
• Incident-related doctor’s office visits
• Incident-related prescriptions (up to 90 days per incident)
• CHM SeniorShare™ discount for members who qualify
• Gold Schedule shares certain pre-existing conditions
• Option to add CHM Plus for unlimited sharing
Silver Program
$138 per unit*, per month
Shares eligible medical expenses totaling $2,500 or more, up to $125,000 per illness.
Includes:
• Inpatient or outpatient hospital incidents and surgery
• Surgery done at facilities that meet accepted standards of medical care
• Option to add CHM Plus for extra sharing
Does not include:
• Maternity bills
• Testing and treatment outside of a hospital
• Urgent care facilities
Bronze Program
$92 per unit*, per month
Shares eligible medical expenses totaling $5,000 or more, up to $125,000 per illness.
Includes:
• Inpatient or outpatient hospital incidents and surgery
• Surgery done at facilities that meet accepted standards of medical care
• Option to add CHM Plus for extra sharing
Does not include:
• Maternity bills
• Testing and treatment outside of a hospital
• Urgent care facilities

SeniorShare™
SeniorShare™ is for members who have Medicare Part A and B or a Medicare Advantage Plan. Because even with Medicare—you can still end up with some pretty hefty medical bills. When you qualify, the cost of your Gold program drops to $115 a month.
Gold + CHM Plus
Brother’s Keeper is your safeguard against those major illnesses or injuries that can come out of nowhere. For an additional $22 a month, you can add it to your Gold program and receive unlimited cost-sharing support.
Silver + CHM Plus
Brother’s Keeper is your safeguard against those major illnesses or injuries that can come out of nowhere. For $22 more per month, you can add it to your Silver program and get an extra $100,000 of sharing per year (up to $1 million per illness over the lifetime of the membership).
Bronze + CHM Plus
Brother’s Keeper is your safeguard against those major illnesses or injuries that can come out of nowhere. For $22 more a month, you can add it to your Bronze program and get an extra $100,000 of sharing per year (up to $1 million per illness over the lifetime of the membership).
