Ramsey Live Events
Cancellation, Refund and Event Policies
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Ramsey event ticket purchases are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a future event. Tickets are transferable to another person. If you would like to transfer your tickets, reach out to our Ramsey Events team. As long as you have the email address of the person you want to transfer your ticket to, our team will be happy to transfer the tickets.
If an event is canceled with no plan to reschedule, purchased tickets will be refunded, or you may request an event credit for use toward another future event. If an event is rescheduled to a future date, the tickets will automatically transfer to that future event date.
What is the policy for infants and young children at events?
To ensure that Ramsey events are an enjoyable experience for all attendees, no children under the age of 13 will be allowed in the auditorium.
Are outside food and drink allowed?
Events at the Ramsey Event Center: Yes, you may bring in outside food and drink.
Events at other venues: Please reach out to the venue itself. Some venues will allow outside food and drink, but many larger venues don’t allow them.
Are ASL/special needs accommodations provided?
Please contact our Ramsey Events team to request ASL or special needs assistance. You can reach the Ramsey Events team at events@ramseysolutions.com or by phone at 800-844-6934. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday.
What is the availability of seating?

VIP and Platinum attendees should be in their seats 10 minutes prior to the event's start. If you have not claimed your reserved seats by 10 minutes prior to the event's start, they will be released to other guests.
